Bread Pudding

- 300 g bread
- 30 g butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Technique
- Grease pan and dump bread in.
- Mix everything else.
- Soak bread for 30 minutes, to overnight. If the bread floats, squish it to help it soak up the custard.
- Bake at 160C/325F for 30-40 minutes. Check for internal temp of 75C/165F.
