Beef Hash

Recipe
- 250 g ground beef (or turkey, lamb, pork)
- 200 g carrots, cut into 1/4” slices
- 30 ml tomato paste
- 2 tsp curry
- 1 tsp mix of oregano, thyme, and/or rosemary
- 3 tbsp deglazing liquid
Technique
- Brown beef.
- Add carrots and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato paste and spices. Saute until paste browns slightly.
- Deglaze and reduce.
- Simmer until carrots are tender.
It’s not stated but season with salt at every step.
