Recipe

  • 250 g ground beef (or turkey, lamb, pork)
  • 200 g carrots, cut into 1/4” slices
  • 30 ml tomato paste
  • 2 tsp curry
  • 1 tsp mix of oregano, thyme, and/or rosemary
  • 3 tbsp deglazing liquid

Technique

  1. Brown beef.
  2. Add carrots and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomato paste and spices. Saute until paste browns slightly.
  4. Deglaze and reduce.
  5. Simmer until carrots are tender.

It’s not stated but season with salt at every step.
